About Office Hours

Clear Language Lab Virtual Office Hours are FREE and open to everyone. We're here to answer your questions about clear communication, design, and accessibility. 

Not sure how to use this time? 

Here are some ideas of what we can do together:

• Talk through document design, like color contrast, font styles, and layout. 

• Practice using accessibility tools, like the Microsoft Accessibility Checker. 

• Experiment with using AI to brainstorm content. 

• Discuss ways you could simplify language in a short document. 

Register to get the Zoom link and let us know you're coming. These are drop-in style office hours, so you can come anytime between 10 am-12 pm CST. We will work with everyone who joins on a first-come, first-served basis and will aim to divide the time equitably.
