Description
About This Webinar: Improving processes through a plain language lens
Sometimes, the clearest instructions aren’t enough to overcome complex processes. When systems are cobbled together over time, or decisions are made in isolation without considering the impact on other programs, we can end up with processes that can get in their own way.
At the Clear Language Lab, we’ve learned that plain language isn’t just a valuable lens for communication. We can also apply it to systems and processes throughout our work. In this webinar, we’ll look at 5 real-life examples of ineffective processes and discuss how a plain language approach might improve them.
Together, we'll practice:
✅ Identifying when processes are creating challenges
✅ Applying strategies to make processes work better for you and your audience
This webinar is for anyone who is interested in designing systems that work for people.
