Safety First: Trauma-Informed Practices for Adult Education

Learners who have experienced trauma have particular challenges in the classroom. Trauma-informed teaching addresses these challenges by creating safe and welcoming spaces for learners. In this training we’ll learn more about this approach and how to implement trauma-informed practices that give learners a sense of safety, power, and connection.
