About This Workshop

Let’s talk about readability checkers!

To kick-off our Skill-Builder Series on Writing in Plain Language, we’ll look at common tools you can use to evaluate your writing.

In this workshop, we'll talk about:

✅  What readability checkers do and do not measure

✅  The limitations of writing to a specific “grade level”

✅  How to use readability checkers to identify potential challenges in your text

For our demonstration, we’ll explore the features of commonly used online readability checkers. If there’s a specific tool you want to learn about, please share that in your registration form.
